Rocky Mountain Freeride
Series
Taking Freeride to New Heights in the Rockies

The Rocky Mountain Freeride Series (RMFS) was created as the Rocky Mountain regional branch of the International Freeskier and Snowboarders Association (IFSA) in Colorado and New Mexico.
RMFS, is led by an appointed IFSA Regional Director and the organization is counseled by a committee of regional coaches. We provide consistency across events and guarantee three start opportunities for RMFS athletes. As an organization, RMFS handles event registrations and collects regional dues to fund athlete starts, coach communication, meetings, judging and TD coordination, athlete helmet numbers, and region-specific website updates.
Vision
To continue growing the largest freeride region in the world, leading the global freeride community by empowering athletes through world-class events with the highest standards, promoting environmental stewardship, and fostering a culture of community, sportsmanship, and resilience.
THE RMFS TEAM
HERE FOR YOU.
We consider it absolutely magic to work toward the success of all of our members & athletes. The opportunity to impact lives and continue our sport's progress gets us out of bed every day!
